A typical construction site includes many competing workers and pressing deadlines. Teamwork, the process of working collaboratively with a group of people in order to achieve a goal, ensures that the work outlined at site is completed within the stipulated parameters.

Although teamwork is often a crucial part of a construction, good teamwork makes the workplace more productive and safer for everyone on the site. In addition, it makes getting the job done easier.

While all team members share the common goal of wanting to complete the project within the specified timelines and costs, they may also have conflicting concerns. In order to ensure collaboration is achieved amongst team members, they have to be supportive of each other and maintain strong communication channels.
